Refund Policy

How refunds work for card fees and your top-up balance.

Last updated: 8 October 2026
This is a general-purpose template. Review it with qualified legal counsel and complete the [bracketed] fields with your own terms before publishing.

1. Overview

This policy explains when the one-time card fee and your top-up balance can be refunded. It applies to all TrustCredit card plans (Blue, Green, and Black). Nothing here affects the statutory rights you may have under the consumer law of your country.

2. Your top-up balance is yours

The $100 minimum top-up required to activate your card is not a fee — it is your own spendable balance. Any unspent balance can be withdrawn or refunded at any time, subject to identity verification and applicable network or processing costs.

3. Card fee — cooling-off period

You can request a full refund of the one-time card fee within [14] days of payment, provided the card has not yet been used for a transaction. Once the card has been used to make a payment, the card fee becomes non-refundable.

4. Physical & metal cards

If a physical or metal card (Green and Black plans) has already been produced or shipped, the portion of the fee covering manufacturing and delivery may be deducted from a refund. Damaged or defective cards are replaced at no charge.

5. How to request a refund

Email [support@yourdomain.com] from your registered email, or request a refund from your dashboard. We aim to review requests within [5] business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or wallet, less any unavoidable network fees.

6. Timing

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within [5–10] business days. Blockchain or bank processing times are outside our control.

7. Non-refundable items

8. Chargebacks & disputes

If you believe a transaction was unauthorised or incorrect, contact us first — we'll investigate and resolve eligible disputes in line with the applicable card-scheme rules.
